Editor’s Note:

The WestervilleOH.IO newsletter is returning under a new name, The Continuance. The name comes from the idea to try and continue the tradition of local news coverage in Westerville that ended in February after 140 years when The News and Public Opinion ceased publication. This is a one-man endeavor published from a laptop sitting on an Ikea desk, in an Ikea chair, drinking Costco coffee or Big K diet cola writing notes with a fountain pen. This news is gathered in somewhat the old-fashioned way, walking through the city and talking to the people. The way it used to be done. Hopefully, it will be of use to you. Let me know. Share this. Comment. Get more people to subscribe.

Below is an associated newsletter about photography where you can see more of the photos I make in Westerville every day, get hints and help on making your photos better, and some insight about what makes a good photographer.

What’s Happening Next Week?

Saturday May 20 will be busy. It’s the first Westerville Farmers Market for 2023. Crazy Cucumbers will be there with horseradish pickles. If only you could but the entire bucket. It’s also Household Hazardous Waste Disposal Day which means you can get rid of almost everything in your house. Kids not included.

Lakeshore Cryonics is almost doubling the size of their Westerville facility. If you’re not sure who they are there is a video. Of course there’s a video. There’s always a video.

Another Westerville Video

Started this a few newsletters back where a YouTube video about Westerville is included. I did not make it.

Thanks for subscribing to The Continuance. If you’re not subscribed you should. And you should share this.
